Keith Jefferson and his team are great, from the office staff to the repair specialist. I have my third vehicle in this shop now, from my first years ago to my newest today. They have always treated me very respectful, and reassured me that they would take care of everything. The results have always been phenomenal, they do an amazing job to ensure your repairs are done rite and look good and are road ready. I have never had a problem with any work that Mr. Jefferson and his team have done. They treat you like more than just a customer, and more like family. I recommend that if you want great QUALITY work done, this is the facility you need to use. They should really be 5.0 instead of 4.7 which I do NOT understand.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Took 3 months to get my car fixed. Then when they told me it was ready it was still messed up! Stuff is missing out of my car and they have no idea where it is!! Keith is VERY rude!

I had to take my car in for repairs. My insurance company told me about this place. The owner's name is Keith and from my experience dealing with a lot of professionals this guy is top-notch very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his business. This business his secretary and the owner himself make you feel right at home part of the family so to speak. I'm thoroughly satisfied with this company and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone to go visit them and experience what I did. Once you're there you will understand why I wrote this review. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give Keith and his place of business a 10.?

I had the misfortune of requiring bodywork following a lightning strike which resulted in the explosion of a tree that damaged my car. My insurance agent suggested Keith at Automotive Collision Specialist. After dropping my car off, my agent and the body shop worked together to identify damage and complete the repairs. I was kept in the loop as to the work that was being done. All staff was friendly and professional. I’d rather not have the need for body work in the future, but if I do ... this will be my go to. Highly recommend Automotive Collision Specialists for their work in the shop as well as at the desk. A bug thank you to you all!!!
