A local community theater that has been a part of San Clemente for a very long time. It's low-key and fun to go here.
Note: Though there is a ramp for handicapped access, it's not very easy to navigate.

Nice little place for intimate concerts. I went to see a friend play tonight, Gal Musette. The sound was great. Ticket prices reasonable. Staff friendly. Reaching the box office may be a bit difficult if you are looking for precise information. Otherwise, the web site should answer the most important questions. Parking is a bit of a struggle in San Clemente. Budget some parking time. If you wish to eat before or after, there are plenty of choices. However, count on crowding and more expensive prices. No fast food nearby, unless you count the 711 a few blocks away. Budget for food too, if you want to have that be part of the experience.

This playhouse was absolutely amazing. Very intimate and all of the seats are great for viewing. The cast of the show PUFFS was phenomenal!! All of the actors were talented and amazing!! First time we were at this playhouse and we will definitely return for future performances!

Wonderful show, good effort, great cast, excellent talent, good set design. The only negative are the seats ... not the most comfortable but ok.
They just need a kind donor to pay for better seats.

It's a fun community theater experience in the heart of historic downtown San Clemente. Rough and ready productions with a mixture of professional and amateur actors performing plays that have been stripped down for the very small stage. Admission is very reasonable at $28, and wine and other refreshments are served with small donations appreciated.
