The food was truly exceptional. My ceviche had an abundance of fish. Their plates have impressive portion sizes. I cannot overstate how delicious my meal was. This may be my new favorite restaurant in Rockville.

Food is spectacular, 100% Lima Peru. Service could be better-for example waitress served my beer without a glass, I felt like I had to ask for everything and service was slow too. The restaurant was full, so I can understand why we waited over 30 minutes to get our order. We went with our 4 years old and newborn daughters. Next time we will go without kids. Place is small, inside they only have high tables and chairs, so we had to sit outside on 90+ degrees. But I will be back alone with my husband, it is worth 1hr drive from VA. So far this is the most authentic food from cevicherias in Lima.

I haven’t had the chance to dine in yet, but I’ve ordered their lunch special, and it’s amazing—such great quality at a fantastic price! I’ve also ordered food for pickup, and I’m always satisfied. The food is absolutely delicious, and I’d say this is easily one of the best restaurants in Montgomery County. Highly recommend!

Really good Peruvian cevichería! A friend had recommended this place and the flavors really lived up to the expectations. Solid dishes all around and pretty good service. We started with a chicharron mixto and leche de tigre, both were delicious. The leche de tigre was a bit salty, but still good and with the right level of spiciness. We then tried the chicha morada, anticuchos, lomo saltado, chaufa aeropuerto, and ceviche norteño. Good portions and flavors for every dish. They also have Donofrio ice crean for sale as well as another called Llama that had very tasty fruit flavors like chirimoya and guanabana (soursop). One thing I hope they can achieve in the near future would be a more spacious and comfortable location that matches the flavors and prices.

Food was really good and flavorful. I loved the lomo soltado. Something about the meat was really good. It’s hard to find a ceviche that my wife likes but she was really satisfied!

Barra Brava Cevicheria is easily the best restaurant in the area. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of authentic, fresh dishes, and my recent experience there was unforgettable. I had the "Seco a la Norteña," and it was nothing short of extraordinary. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the richness of the sauce complementing the tender meat in a way that made every bite a delight. Unparalleled dining experience, Barra Brava is a must-visit!

It was my first time in this restaurant, it is a small place with a good atmosphere, we liked the food and the variety of seafood they have, you can have a beer and enjoy their food, but unfortunately I will give them 2 stars because the service is terrible, The waiter did not help us to understand the menu better, and he was not attentive either. I think that I would have consumed more if he had served us better, we even asked another waitress if she could bring us another drink and that never came, in the end my wife and I we left because no one was helping us. For what they charge they should improve their service. Next time we will order to go.

Tips are not optional they make you pay 18% for a bad service.
