There’s a real reason their reviews are 5 stars, the experience is one of a kind! First, their directions on what to do with our luggage and where to meet at Bologna Centrale, where very clear and worked exactly as described. Then we were greeted by Cosimo, he picked us up at the station, on time, and after learning a bit about us said he had a “surprise”. Our group of 6 was myself, wife, 18 year old daughter, 30 year old niece, and the 2 other guests were F1 fans from Singapore. As for my part of the group, to say, “they are not interested in cars”, is an understatement.

Back to the surprise, it was really Cosimo, he immediately made us all feel very comfortable, and took the time to drive us through and point out some of the main sights in Bologna. We even made a special stop. I didn’t know Bologna had canals! Anyway, our first tour was the Pagani Museum and Factory, that was really interactive and we had great access. Then, Cosimo had another surprise! Since the Bologna region is known for its food, specifically Balsamic, we got a treat. We met Cristina, who had prepared a delicious spread of locally sourced ingredients including the best Balsamic I’ve tasted, plus breads, and cheese.

After the break, Cristina joined the group for the Lamborghini tour. Another surprise, she worked there for 20 years and actually wrote a book about the brand, workers, mechanics and engineers. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand, all the cars on display, and really engaged with our group. She got my daughter, wife and niece talking about cars!

Then it was time for lunch, they took us to a local restaurant, which did not disappoint, we were treated to a delicious multi-course meal complete with great local wine and very attentive service.

After lunch we visited the Ferrari museum and then Cosimo delivered us safely back to Bologna Centrale.

If you are thinking the people organizing these tours don’t make a difference, think again. After a day of visiting 3 hyper car factories, the things that impressed us the most were the people, and the food of the region. Cosimo and Cristina embodied Italian hospitality at its best. I highly recommend Motorstars Tours if you are planning to visit this part of Italy. This will be a day you won’t forget.

Amazing experience! They took care of everything and even stopped by a local shop to try some Parmesan and balsamic. The whole day was relaxing and fantastic! The pagani factory and museum are AMAZING definitely don’t miss those.

Every moment was exhilarating! This was set up by my wife for part of our honeymoon trip to Italy. This car tour was the last experience of Italy, the day before we left. We stayed right in Sant' Agata Bolognese, the home of Lamborghini. Literally several walkable blocks from the factory & museum. Our driver Cosimo, picked us up right at our apartment & met up with Cristina, our museum guide. They were both full of energy, excited for us, and have a wealth of knowledge about the cars, the culture & local geography. Cristina is a previous 20+ year employee of Lamborghini and she knows her stuff! Cosimo was with us all day & made things happen for us, from the time scheduling to exacting prompt, first class service for our tours as well as our all star 4 course lunch at a very nice Modenese restaurant. They were unable to accommodate my wife for the Lamborghini factory tour due to Lamborghini's restrictions on capacity that day. But Cosimo & Cristina did not hesitate to make sure my wife was well taken of for that hour. They personally took our for snacks & drinks, information tour movies & local sight seeing. They even provided her with a special local gift as a token of our honeymoon experience. To Cosimo, Cristina, Giacomo and all of the Motor Stars Car tour, thank you so very much for making a wonderful lasting memory for our trip to Italy!

We had the most wonderful day touring with Motor Stars Tours! The tours at the factories were fascinating, but the true treat was the personal touch Cosimo added. He went out of his way to make us happy and give us an authentic Italian experience, from picking us up at the Livvorno port (what an adventure for you!!) to surprising us with a delicious gelato. We felt like we were with old friends as he and Paolo guided us around. Sometimes it feels like our world has gone crazy and people are so quick to disagree and fight by today we remembered that kindness and joy are universal. Thank you for being so kind. We’ve had so much fun and have made wonderful memories.

What an amazing day! My husband is a car guy - so we decided to book this tour. I'm not a car gal, but was very impressed. I loved the tour. Francesco was amazing and a perfect host. My husband was in heaven. My teenagers loved the simulators and getting photos made in the cars. The lunch was one of the best I had in all of Italy. I messed up the train schedule - blaming it on jet lag, lol. Francesco went out of his way to make sure we were back in time to catch our train. It was a once in a lifetime experience! MUST DO!!

As the fiance of a "fast car guy" I can wholeheartedly recommend the Motorstars Italian Car Factory Tour. Francesco was prompt in picking us up in a lovely and comfortable van. He shared a lot of rich information about the area, the history of the cars, the people behind them, and many amusing anecdotes. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed touring the dairy farm and tasting and purchasing the amazing Parmesano Reggiano. Our four course lunch was delicious. The tours of the auto museums and factory were exciting and much fun. Francesco was the ultimate host and took care of all of our needs. It was a splendid day to remember forever! Bravo!!!!!
