I have been going to the High's in Glenelg, MD for years. There is a competing Royal Farms on the opposite corner but I have always favored Highs. The employees they have working now are really good. The assistant manager (whom I assumed was the manager) tonight is a really solid guy. I always see him going the extra mile (taking out trash, cleaning coffee station). And he's not overly chatty nor mute, but he will answer your question politely. Well done Highs.

Worst Customer service ever at a High's store. Manager fails to scan phone app properly so your purchase never gets credited to account. I know this because he says he scanned phone app yet after payment watch him as he goes to payment pad and cancels the opportunity to enter your card when you pay in cash.

It was the best Fried Chicken I ever tasted! I am not a meat lover, but this one I can eat at least once a week. Plus, overall service was exceptionally wonderful. I won't mind driving a few more miles for this High's store, Fried Chicken. I can tell by the taste that they don't fry chickens in the same oil over and over again to save money. Even a family member commented that it's very good Fried Chicken!?

No one wanted to work the deli counter, the ordering screens need to be repaired, the printer didn't work. They don't know what customer service. You can see the manager is why the staff is like that and store is so poorly cared for.

Much better prices than royal farms (excluding gas which is the same).Two monster energy’s will cost you $5.35 at royal farms and only $4.18 at high’s. It’s the same with all other goods too, I’ve compared quite a bit. You can save around 20% by shopping at high’s instead of royal farms.

The people who work here are so not smart. They never have stock and they can not understand the diffrence between products. Not only that but dont even try to use a coupon that is well above their pay grade. I have tried to give the benifit of the doubt multiple times, but I can not longer stand the incompetence
