My wife & I stayed here on Saturday 1/4/2025, night on our way home to Georgia.I went to the hotel bar to watch football & Lisa at the bar was very nice.. & knew everything about football..I was the only 1 at the bar & Lisa was great. Our room was clean & exceeded my expectations !At the front desk,were a gentleman & woman were very attentive & there when I needed anything! Parking was great. I have nothing bad to say. Nice very cold night at Holiday Inn in Maryland.

The attention is very good. I will return in other opportunities. Also, the rooms are comfortables. The food is very delicious. My family have been very happy in our stay. I will recommended this hotel to my family and friends because your have many things.

The hotel is OK. Rooms and hallways re poorly lit and could do with bit of a refresh. Was disappointed after reading lots of good reviews. Arrived early evening after a long day of driving and checked in to a room only to find that not only was it dirty, it had not even been visited by cleaning staff. The beds were unmade, garbage full, and the bath filled with wet dirty towels.|The girl at the front desk did give us a new room but didnt really seem to care. The process was of changing rooms was a bit of a hassle. In the past where I have run in to issues like this I have been offered an upgrade, a free room, free breakfast, something...in this case nothing. Staff were more interested in getting an uber eats delivery than acknowledging the mistake.

Great service by Ester in the dinning area and the hotel in general! Gret parking lot close to a lot of nearby stores and other restaurants. Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to stay in the area for whatever reason. The staff is very friendly.

Just needed a night near our friends. Pretty Well located, for our needs. Good breakfast, conference rooms. Rooms felt a little tight for my liking, like they cut down on the room width by 6 inches across the hotel to get an extra room added on each floor.

Lisa was wonderful at the restaurant. Service was perfect & she shared her knowledge of the area & where to go to DC to have a good experience. We’re from South Carolina & this being our first time we were clueless! Thank you Lisa! Best service we’ve had in years!

Maintenance, front desk, and housekeeping were all very friendly. I also loved the Christmas decor. I wish there were some signage pointing people to the laundry room on the 7th floor as it was a bit confusing to locate the first time. Also thank you to housekeeping for the daily room cleanings.
