My first time using this company. Great service. Steve the service engineer explained all what he had carried out and the results he found. There was a problem with the boiler, he took the time to walk through the options giving advice on the ways the issue could be fixed . I will use them again.

After initially being told our previous boiler could not be repaired (by another company), Brent came and completed a temporary fix and provided options and quotes for replacement. The temporary fix gave us time and space to consider what the best option for us was.
Brent and his team arrived promptly on the first day of installation and explained the scope of the work thoroughly, ensuring we were comfortable. This theme continued over the following two days with the team being prompt and efficient, working extremely hard for the duration and regularly updating us with progress and ensuring we were satisfied with the quality of the work completed.
The team were exceptionally tidy and respectful of our property, ensuring carpets were covered and cleaning after each day of work.
Cara was in touch from the office at regular points both before and during the work, making sure we were kept up to date and we had everything we needed in good time.
Apart from being extremely professional, the whole team have made this process as stress free as is possible, showing a level of care to us as customers that isn’t often experienced. The team went out of their way to ensure we were included in decision making and consistently checked we felt safe and comfortable.
I would not hesitate to recommend JJS, they provide a level of service rarely seen, where the customer is genuinely made to feel valued.
Thank you so much for making what could have been an extremely stressful few days much more manageable and for putting us at ease.

I couldn't be more pleased. I called at noon on Friday since the boiler stopped working. They arrived quickly to inspect it. They came back later the same day with the replacement part. Simple, professional and efficient. Thank you.
