For short-term vacations, this service can be frustrating! The website looks appealing, which convinced us to make a purchase. However, you don’t receive everything you pay for right away. After booking, we received an email instructing us to send additional emails with specific dates to arrange the shuttle from the airport. We then had to wait up to 24 hours for the shuttle ticket. Some museums also required email confirmation and a 24-hour wait, while other tickets were received instantly.

In general, some items we paid for were received with delays, while others, like the return shuttle, we didn’t get at all. So, keep this in mind before purchasing, and consider booking a day or two in advance to ensure everything is in order before your trip.

Gleiches Problem wie andere auch hatten. Laut Website gibt es ein Download / Online Ticket. Dies ist nicht so. Man muss das Ticket abholen. Leider nicht genau beschrieben wo (Mailand Bahnhof ist doch etwas grösser). Nach langem Fragen muss man eine Station mit der U-Bahn und dort an einem, an Feiertagen nicht besetzten Schalter, die Tickets abholen. Für die U-Bahn, um an das Ticket zu gelangen von Bahnhof Mailand aus, muss man allerdings auch zahlen. Ein absoluter Reinfall. Nicht zum empfehlen.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative reviews, to find that it is a legit card, it works on the metro line despite us arriving on a day that there was a massive strike on all public transportation. The pick up point is at a 10 minute walk from the Central station and it is a small qiosk with an ATM type machine on the side and a very helpful man who advised us on how to proceed.
We have been using it all day and it worked every time.
Would love to see a working app to go with it.

Achtung! Große Touristenfalle. Man kauft ein Ticket, erhält einen Link zum Download und der funktioniert nicht. Kein Support, kein Ansprechpartner an Bahnhof, Büro nicht findbar, kein Telefon, keine Antwort auf Mails etc.. Am besten sich ein ganz normales Ticket der Mailänder Metro kaufen und man kann Milan genießen. Milanocard ist Zeit- und Geldverschwendung.

Achiziție care funcționează perfect. Am avut o singura problema cu deplasarea la chioșcul de ridicare a cardului de transport, nu avea carduri de tipărit când am ajuns, am scris email la adresa pentru asistenta și au răspuns în max jumătate de ora, au trimis pe cineva sa alimenteze, în max o ora, iar când m-am întors la chios problema a fost rezolvata. Cardul a funcționat peste tot 3 zile, întrările la muzee, dom și pinacoteca au fost folosite și scanate perfect. Noi suntem mulțumiți!

Pure scam, avoid them. They appear as an official site, but it's not. They charge more than the official site (ATM), and they force you to travel through the whole town to collect physical card in just 1 pick up point machine. The official vendor give option to buy online and use card as qr code right away.
Also there is no way to cancel to return purchase even if card is not activated, Thier policy of return says they charge 100% price if you want to return/cancel...

Sous le nom de Milano card, Milan city pass… ça change sans arrêt de nom
À l’office du tourisme on m a indiqué qu’ils sont aux courants mais que l arnaque persiste
Attendez d être à Milan sur place pour prendre un vrai pass!!
