I don't know what it is with my luck and Morrisons cafes but I've visited the cafe at Workington twice recently and this one in the Penrith store today and there's been mechanical issues with equipment in the kitchen meaning no hot food is available. This may be the case but there was a total lack of adequate signage to advise customers there was no hot food available in the Penrith cafe. There was only a had written piece of A4 paper stuck on the wall near the till, so if customers were queuing they could be there a few minutes without knowing there's no hot food available, wasting people's time. Maybe if this happens you should have adequate signage in place to advise customers?

Decent price fuel but the layout of the forecourt must be one of the worst garage forecourts I've ever had to use. Awkward way in, tight spaces, and if you end up waiting for a pump in a large vehicle you block off the whole entrance in. ?plus the service on this day was mega slow. Not sure if they had issues with tills etc.

I felt my heart skip a beat with excitement as I drove up, selected my favourite pump and held the nozzle to my chest with fondness while I had my back to Gary in the shop, a second later the reassuring glug and spurt as petrol cascaded into my tank, this is all I could ask of life, who could want any more I thought, bless Morrisons and bless the dinosaurs for filling my tank.

Very very sure it was most fumes going into my tank or if not watered down as I done the exact same trip twice before using fuel from tesco and I got to my destination with over a quarter of a tank both times at 65mpg

But with this fuel I had to fuel up just over half way on my journey,

Cruise control on and speed limiter same exact route no changes and night driving so no traffic.

Usually cheaper than other fuel providers in Penrith, but it's a poorly laid out garage crammed into a corner of the main store's land. Queues often accumulate, and it provides a quite stressful retail experience. The associated car wash is useful when it's actually working.

A wonderful experience. We had read reviews about this petrol station so were excited to visit. We were not disappointed! They had a good choice of car juice and at competitive prices. Left feeling happy with the world once more.

it's convenient because it's open in late hours also . Reasonable rates for fuel. Car washing also very good at reasonable price.
