Everything was phenomenal (shout out to Samantha M for amazing service and great sauce recommendations!!), but knocking off a star for 1. A very long hair we found in our vegetable platter (not Samantha’s, her hair was brown and the hair in the food was blonde), and 2. This weird bug sac on a piece of broccoli (pic attached) — the veggies got hit hard lol. But seriously, all the food was delicious, and it’s a great deal to do the four-course meal. Would definitely recommend the hot honey alpine cheese fondue, and the original chocolate fondue (milk chocolate and peanut butter) as the PB helps cut the sweetness of everything.

I also have to add that we were seated in a very secluded and quiet part of the restaurant, which was amazing! Loved the curtains to add even more privacy. Wonderful atmosphere!

My husband took me here for my birthday and boy I was not expecting such an amazing staff, atmosphere and food services. They helped my husband plan to leave flowers on the table, our waitress and every employee we ran into made me feel overwhelmed with such kindness. They played such a big role in making me feel special on my birthday. So extremely pleased with my visit!

Visited on a Saturday night after an engagement and they made us feel so special. We both thought it was the best meal we’ve ever had. Gabby was our waitress and was excellent! Coming here more often for special occasions!

Riley D. Was a amazing sever. She was quick never stopped smiling and made it extremely enjoyable time. Made navigating the menu extremely easy. Danny was amazing as well. She was on top of keeping the table clear and waters full. She had a amazing attitude and answered questions properly. Definitely recommended.

This is not my first time at the melting pot but it was one of the best times I’ve had! Jayda was amazing. She was so friendly, funny, and relatable and was helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience for us! Definitely a great choice to spend New Year’s Eve at the melting pot, it was perfect!

Food was a absolutely delicious! Me and my husband have always enjoyed the melting pot, and the fact that the one in Louisville has so much history is always a bonus! The cheese was PERFECT! And of course so was the chocolate! Taylor was a fantastic server, while it was clear she was very busy, she made sure to keep me and my husband with full drinks and she was very friendly and professional!
